Our apartment with garden is located in the historic center of Oberkaufungen. It is located in a half-timbered house overlooking the Stiftskirche and the Kaufunger Wald. The tram to Kassel is 10 minutes away. The apartment is newly renovated. It is about 40 square meters. Living space, consisting of a closed bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen-living room. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. If a toddler is traveling, a travel crib is available. The garden in front of the house may be used by the guests. There is a sitting area with a table and chairs. It invites you to have breakfast in the countryside or a glass of wine in the evening sun. Pets are welcome, but must be announced in advance. The stay for a dog costs an extra 10 euros for 1-2 days, and 20 euros for a longer stay.

Stylish apartment in the front west awaits you. In the old building with high ceilings and a great sense of space, completely renovated and with a breathtaking view. Perfect for a short trip or a whole week. Lovingly furnished with everything you need! Including Netflix! Everything in walking distance: tram, bus, restaurants, cafes, city center. Kassel's party mile is very close, but far enough away to sleep peacefully. Ideal for two people. 3rd floor, unfortunately without elevator!!!

Willkommen in unserer renovierten & liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung in der Liebigstraße, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Uni & des Klinikums. Die Maisonnette-Wohnung ist eine 7-minütigen Straßenbahnfahrt von der Stadtmitte (Königsplatz) entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in ca 10 Min mit der Bahn oder dem Bus zu erreichen. Bus&Bahn sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist hell mit Blick auf den Herkules & die Uni. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen, wenn auch ruhigen Lage.

All 3 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the single bedroom has a bed 1.20 m wide. Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. On foot in 10-12 minutes to the main train station and in 15-20 minutes to the pedestrian zone. 250 m to the bus stop, 350 m to the nearest EDEKA and Lidl. The apartment is rented and prepared for one person as standard. If you want to come as a couple, please also book for 2 people. Animals are not (!) allowed in the apartment. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The apartment is not (!) barrier-free.
