Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

Apartment 2 in Oberkaufungen

Our apartment with garden is located in the historic center of Oberkaufungen and directly on a walking and cycling path. It is located in a half-timbered house with a view of the collegiate church and the Kaufung Forest. The tram to Kassel takes about 10 minutes. The apartment is well suited for a family of 4, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker and toaster). Pets are welcome by arrangement and cost 1x 10 euros more.

Unser Apartment ist minimalistisch, klar und charmant eingerichtet. Stadtteil Kassel-Kirchditmold. Alle Hotspots (UNESCO-Welterbe Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, Anthroposophisches Zentrum, Kongresspalais Stadthalle usw.) sind gut erreichbar. Der ICE-Bahnhof kann fußläufig in 15 min. erreicht werden. Küche ist nicht in der Wohnung integriert, aber eine Möglichkeit der Tee-oder Kaffeebereitung ist gegeben. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank (alkoholfreies Bier u. Mineralwasser zur freien Verfügung!) ist vorhanden.

Zur Wohnung gehören eine ca. 20 m² große, teilüberdachte Terrasse sowie ein Garten. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: von Gewürzen und Gesellschaftsspielen über Waschmaschine, Fliegengitter bis hin zu Pflegeprodukten. Ruhig gelegen, die Documenta-Stadt Kassel ist in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Whether as a romantic or simply cozy stay as a couple, with friends or with the family, this is the right accommodation on a beautiful farm complex with an idyllic garden.

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

The landscape invites you to hike (Kaufunger Forest, Münden Nature Park), cycle, but also to visit Kassel or Göttingen (e.g. World Heritage Site Kassel Bergpark). Both cities can be reached in a 30-minute drive. Bikers are also welcome. There is ample space for horses or motorcycles/bicycles.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
