The apartment was renovated in 2018 with soundproofing windows, new heating, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, two hotplates, coffee maker, kettle and cooking utensils.

Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box-spring bed, a bathroom with a rain shower and a living area with an adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area there is also the sofa bed on which one more person can spend the night. In the entrance area, there is also a cozy, covered sitting lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the Alpine upland and of course also to the Erding thermal spa.

The apartment is about 23 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor and has a separate entrance. We have furnished it comfortably with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a closet and a sitting area. A small kitchenette with 2 hotplates, fridge, sink, dishes and utensils, as well as coffee maker, kettle and toaster is at your disposal. A separate bathroom with shower and toilet is part of the apartment for your own use. Free parking is available at your doorstep.

Vacation home near train to Munich, Therme Erding

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

This stylish, newly renovated and modernly furnished 2-room apartment is perfect for one to four people. It is located in the middle of Mintraching (Neufahrn b. Freising) and is only 5 minutes by car from the Garching research center and 10 minutes from MUC airport. With the bus (bus stop in 200m) you can reach the S-Bahn station “Neufahrn” (S1) or “Hallbergmoos” (S6) in a few minutes.
