Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Within their 40 sqm there is a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed (160 x 200 cm), a living room with two sofas that convert into single beds, an open kitchen with a large table for working or dining, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All Zweifach Minilofts have large windows with either north views to the park, or across the city square to the east.

The apartment is located in a newly renovated remise from the year 1900 in Berlin. The house can be accessed via the front house at Mittenwalderstrasse 8 and is located in the quiet courtyard. The 70 square meter apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by a staircase. The heart is the large, bright kitchen with generous amenities and a dining area.
