Our Schwalbenloft is a stylish and sustainably furnished refuge with lots of wood and almost 100 square meters. A large kitchen-living room with a beautiful dining area with a large fridge with freezer, water and ice dispenser awaits you. The comfortable sofas in front of the 58-inch smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, RTL+ and much more invite you to relax. The bedroom with work corner has a wellness bed. Children often find their kingdom in the sparrow's nest. The bathroom promises unforgettable evenings.

It’s my dream apartment . More than a 100 meter of a clean top DANISH design. we used High standards materials , local craftsman and furnitures made locally. All the equipment and electric machines are of high quality. Special Local art completes the picture. The apartment is quiet on one hand and on the other hand very close to the water canal , open markets and restaurants. Using the kitchen, the jacuzzi or relaxing on the sofa or on the green porch I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.

Located in a quiet residential area just a few minutes from Ostbahnhof, this apartment provides comfort and tranquility while allowing you to reach Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Hauptbahnhof, and Zoologischer Garten all within 10- 30 minutes. A short distance away is the East Side Mall, Warschauer Straße, and Boxhagener Platz which offer a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Clubs such as Kater Blau, YAAM, & About Blank are close by for those who want to dance the night away.

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. With wooden playground, hammocks, porch swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.
