Beautiful, bright and high-quality flat (115m²) on the second floor including balcony (10m²) and elevator. 1 large box spring bed 220x220, sofa bed with spring core extendable 170x200 and a chaise longue. Bathroom with 1mx1m shower. Washbasin, WC, urinal Right in the heart of Nuremberg just in the middle of the old town with a beautiful view across the fountain "Ehekarusell" and the tower "Weißer Turm". This large studio impresses with its exposed roof structure, which creates a very cozy atmosphere. There is permanent ventilation in the wooden house. In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures good sleep. The property has been lovingly individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sun in the garden. Charging station for electric cars (€ 0.40/kWh) available, 2 Cube eBikes and Thule Cab2 can be rented, outdoor sauna new!

I rent out a 60 m² apartment with 3 rooms for 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a solid wood house built in 2016 at the end of a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo as well as coffee pods, tea and spices. In the bathroom (with shower & toilet) you will find fresh bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer. Chairs and a table are available for the outdoor area.
