Within a radius of approx. 20 minutes by car is Dinkelsbühl and Ansbach or Franconian Lake District. Bechhofen is also the starting point for beautiful bike rides. The highway connection (A6) is only 15 minutes away

Die Küche ist klein aber super ausgestattet. Grillen und Sonnen im Garten. Außensauna, 2 eBikes, Thule Cab2, Wallbox für jeweils extra zubuchbar.

"Heimatselig" is located in the idyllic town of Wolframs-Eschenbach, nestled in the beautiful Franconian lake district. Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. With a lot of love & passion, we planned and implemented the expansion of the apartment in order to create a time out full of well-being and comfort for our big and small guests. Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich im OG und verfügt über einen kostenlosen Stellplatz. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder können im einem separaten Kellerraum abgestellt und bei Bedarf auch aufgeladen werden. Der Garten lädt mit seinem überdachten Pavillion zu gemütlichen Grillabenden und zum Sonnenbaden ein. Auch kleine Familien finden genügend Platz bei uns. Nach Absprache kann gerne auch ein Babybett bereitgestellt werden. Haustiere sind ohne Aufpreis willkommen.

I rent out a 60 m² apartment with 3 rooms for 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a solid wood house built in 2016 at the end of a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo as well as coffee pods, tea and spices. In the bathroom (with shower & toilet) you will find fresh bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer. Chairs and a table are available for the outdoor area.

It is a non-smoking apartment and unfortunately no pets are allowed. The apartment is located in a district of Lichtenau, which is 2 km away. There are shops, restaurants, a golf course and an outdoor pool.
