The whole apartment will be at your disposal. In Bechhofen there are supermarkets, local bakers and butchers as well as restaurants. Within a radius of approx. 20 minutes by car is Dinkelsbühl and Ansbach or Franconian Lake District. Bechhofen is also the starting point for beautiful bike rides. The highway connection (A6) is only 15 minutes away

In dem Holzhaus ist eine permanente Lüftung vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer sorgt ein großes Wasserbett (2 m x 2,20 m) für guten Schlaf. Die Unterkunft wurde liebevoll individuell ausgestattet. Die Küche ist klein aber super ausgestattet. Grillen und Sonnen im Garten. Außensauna, 2 eBikes, Thule Cab2, Wallbox für jeweils extra zubuchbar.

"Heimatselig" is located in the idyllic town of Wolframs-Eschenbach, nestled in the beautiful Franconian lake district. Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. With a lot of love & passion, we planned and implemented the expansion of the apartment in order to create a time out full of well-being and comfort for our big and small guests. We are very excited to see you!

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich im OG und verfügt über einen kostenlosen Stellplatz. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder können im einem separaten Kellerraum abgestellt und bei Bedarf auch aufgeladen werden. Der Garten lädt mit seinem überdachten Pavillion zu gemütlichen Grillabenden und zum Sonnenbaden ein. Auch kleine Familien finden genügend Platz bei uns. Nach Absprache kann gerne auch ein Babybett bereitgestellt werden. Haustiere sind ohne Aufpreis willkommen.

I rent out a 60 m² apartment with 3 rooms for 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a solid wood house built in 2016 at the end of a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo as well as coffee pods, tea and spices. In the bathroom (with shower & toilet) you will find fresh bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer. Chairs and a table are available for the outdoor area.

A well-kept feel-good atmosphere awaits you on 65 square meters. Enjoy the tranquility and explore nearby attractions such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Würzburg. Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

Besuchen Sie uns in der kleinsten Stadt Mittelfrankens und entdecken Sie unseren wunderschönen historischen und malerischen Stadtkern. Unser großer Garten mit Parkanlage, Pavillon, Grillplatz, schattenspendenden Bäumen und direktem Zugang zur Altmühl lädt zum Verweilen ein. Mit Angelschein und Tageskarte dürfen Sie sogar angeln. Schöne Wander- und Radwege liegen direkt vor unserer Haustüre. Im Ort gibt es Fahrradverleih, Bäcker, Metzger und Supermarkt.

Zwischen Wald, Wiesen und Stille liegt unser liebevoll gestaltetes Tinyhouse Hygge – ein Ort zum Ankommen und Wohlfühlen. Auf 18 m² findest Du alles für eine erholsame Auszeit: ein kleines Natursteinbad, eine gemütliche Küche mit Essplatz und einen mit Zirbenholz verkleideten Schlafbereich mit besonders warmer Atmosphäre. Die Terrasse lädt dazu ein, den Tag mit einem Kaffee in der Morgensonne zu beginnen oder am Abend die Ruhe des Hofes zu genießen.

Welcome to our spacious ground floor apartment in the countryside with balcony and terrace. It has its own entrance, living room, kitchen/dining room and bedroom. It is a non-smoking apartment and unfortunately no pets are allowed. The apartment is located in a district of Lichtenau, which is 2 km away. There are shops, restaurants, a golf course and an outdoor pool.
