In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

Sehr schöne bis ins Detail liebevoll gebaute und sehr komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung hoch über dem Rorschacher Hafen. Weiter Blick über den See und zu den Alpen. In der Wohnung findest Du eine super Küche mit allem was man sich wünscht. Ein schönes Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne und Dusche. Lovingly furnished 45 m² apartment on Pfänderhang with private entrance. Bright and cozy with the best views of Bregenz and Lake Constance. Sunny apartment in a hillside location with a view of 4 countries.

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

Between lake and mountain

The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator) of a more than 100 year old house in the former working-class neighborhood Vorkloster. It houses 8 flats which are partially inhabitat by our family. Thus, the atmosphere is very familiar and uncomplicated! Kids are very welcome! As it is a family home, I will only approve requests from people who shortly introduce themselves and the reason for their trip to Bregenz!
