The bus runs every half hour directly in front of the house to the centre. Hiking and biking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

The bathroom is equipped with a floor level shower, washbasin and toilet. Our covered loggia invites you to linger and enjoy the lake view.

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!

We are a family with two children (10 and 16 years old) and live in the centre of a small nice village. The accommodation to be booked is an apartment in our apartment building. Here in the village there are 2 inns and a small shop where you can find everything you need. Football pitch and playground are just around the corner. We have a beautiful view over the Rhine Valley.
