The ideal place for adventurous, mobile people who would like to explore Lake Constance and the surrounding mountains from us. In the middle of the 3-country corner, in the beautiful Rheindelta, you can reach Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein in a few minutes by car from here. The Lake Constance cycling trail leads directly past our apartments. You can rent our bikes and cycle comfortably to the lake in 10 minutes and admire the spectacular sunsets at the Pipe Point there.

Charming attic apartment in the heart of Bregenz

This high-quality furnished approx. 65 m² attic apartment is centrally located in the city center of Bregenz. Shops, restaurants, cafes, the world-famous Kunsthaus, the Theater am Kornmarkt, the Vorarlbergmuseum and the lake are within a 2-minute walk. It is a 3-minute walk to the Pfänderbahn valley station. The harbor with boat dock is 2 minutes away. The Hafen train station is 2 minutes away. Historic "Mili" lido is a 5-minute walk. Bregenz Festival stage - 9 minutes' walk.

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar. Der Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge ist fantastisch. Abendrot geniessen oder am Beamer einen Film geniessen.

Because besides the 5standard beds in the two bedrooms (two double beds + one bunk bed), the living room couch is very practical and offers quality sleeping space for two people. The deep and very spacious terrace is oriented in two cardinal directions and guarantees sun in the morning and in the afternoon, as the peaks of the Rätikon allow it.
