The fully furnished apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, a sunbathing area with four beds, a closet, a living room with a sofa and chairs, a large dining table for eight people, and a large bathroom. An additional toilet can be found in the spacious entrance area on the ground floor. Spices, sugar, oil, vinegar, flour, and everything a fully equipped kitchen needs are available for your convenience. Towels, bed linens, toilet paper, coffee capsules, charcoal, etc. On the large, plant-lined terrace, you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding nature with its abundant greenery and mountains, as well as breathtaking sunsets over Lake Constance, all day long. The terrace is equipped with a wood-burning grill, a large, automatic awning, and seating and lounging options. Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of restaurants, snack bars, and small farm shops selling delicacies from local farmers and producers. Public transport is a 5-10-minute drive away. The Pfänderbahn cable car takes you directly to Bregenz city center from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. A regular bus runs from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. along the Pfänderstraße to Lochau. Sufficient parking spaces are reserved for you directly in front of the apartment. If needed, there are designated bicycle parking spaces available. You can also use a 230V outlet to charge your bicycles, cars, etc. batteries upon request. You can check in anytime from 3:00 p.m. The apartment key is in the key safe right next to the entrance door. You will receive the code by email 3 days before your arrival, or you can request it by phone or text message. Check-out is by 11:00 AM, or by arrangement. House rules: Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Parties/events are not permitted. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

Relaxation in the countryside and the city

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.
