Cityloft - center 100 sqm 3-room parking Netflix

The building is a former paper warehouse of a printing house and very nice to look at. There is plenty of light and despite the city center location it is nice and quiet inside. The centrally located place makes it easy to get to all of the city's top spots. You can reach the RedBull Arena and the Quarterback Arena by tram in a few minutes, and every lake in 20 minutes. The house is in second row and has a small garden. A sunroom for sunbathing and resting is also part of it.

The Industrieloft is located in Eutritzsch in the middle of the industrial area. Bright and spacious it is perfect for 4 - 8 adults. The centerpiece is the large living and dining area with kitchen, from where the two bedrooms leave. You can reach the Leipzig main station, the new Messe Leipzig, the A 14 and the B 2 in max. 5 minutes. Attention! GREAT LOCATION very charming studio with terrace

Very charming and well-kept studio in perfect city location with the best connection. In the middle of the popular Plagwitz district and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. The house and apartment were carefully renovated and individually furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable studio is open with separate sleeping area, door to the bathroom, spacious living area and private terrace.
