Very charming and well-maintained studio in a perfect city location with excellent transport connections. Right in the middle of the popular district. Quietly located in the yard with its own green terrace, partly covered. The apartment has been carefully renovated and individually furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable studio is open plan with a separate sleeping area, a door to the bathroom, and a spacious living area. The price includes the Airbnb fee of 15.50%. The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

A spacious living area features a comfortable sectional sofa draped with a soft throw. A round coffee table sits nearby, and large glass doors provide access to a balcony. Tall plants are arranged in woven baskets, complementing the light wood flooring.
