The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Our guest apartment is located in the Graphisches Viertel, on the ground floor of a former printing house. In the courtyard building (quiet location) there is also our office and our apartment - so we are easily accessible as a host. The center and main train station are 10 minutes away on foot, supermarket and tram 2 minutes away.
