You will love my place because of the open and warm atmosphere. The location is quiet and the surroundings are young. Many small cafés are springing up. My place is good for couples, Solo travelers, adventurers or business travelers. There is a guest room with the most important things. The kitchen can be used completely and is furnished.

The living room has a multimedia TV, and there is a table for working or eating together.
