Ehrliche kleine Pensionswohnung. Wir konzentrieren uns auf das was für Gäste wichtig ist. Super bequemes großes Bett (Matratze neu). Alles ist extrem Sauber, übersichtlich. Wohnzimmer hat Multimedia Fernseher und es gibt einen Tisch zum Arbeiten oder gemeinsam Essen. Wir betreiben seit 10 Jahren Pensionswohnungen und wissen inzwischen: Städtereisende brauchen es vor allem einfach, übersichtlich, schnörkellos und sauber. Und vor allem gut angebunden.

The apartment is really centrally located. It's only 150 meters to the tram. Tram no. 4/7 takes you directly to the city center. Bus stop is just a street away. Opposite the apartment is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is also a restaurant across the street where you can eat well. We have a 100,000 Internet line where you can comfortably surf the Internet. Feel free to plan excursions. If you have any questions, I am always available.

The city of Leipzig levies an accommodation tax of 5% of the total cost and must also be paid in cash by the guest during the stay.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.

The house has been restored by hand for the past 10 years from the basement to the top of the roof by master craftsmen. The ground-level apartment has its entrance through the house entrance hall from the street and offers space for 2 guests with one bedroom and a combined kitchen/living room.
