Our detached house is located about 20 km from Leipzig and is well connected to the city by regional train. We rent out our house because we will be on vacation ourselves in time. This way you can take a relaxing holiday in the countryside and you can easily reach Leipzig with its many exciting holiday offers. Our property is 1200 square meters and offers plenty of space for relaxation and tranquility but also for movement and fun (football gate, pool, large trampoline...).

Dream house by the lake

The dream house with its 120 square meters of living space is not only directly on, but partly on the lake. Arrive and switch from "0 to 100" in the holiday mode, so describe the previous guests. Peace, pure relaxation and if you want it lively, the center of Leipzig is 25 minutes away by car. The 40 sqm lake terrace with lounge invites you to relax and if you like it more sporty, a canoe, two sup, two bikes and a ping pong table provide exercise. Welcome!

The holiday apartment is located in Göhrenz in the immediate vicinity of Lake Kulkwitzer. Overall, the apartment has a floor area of 52 sqm and is equipped with modern furniture, TV, radio, free Wi-Fi. Two vehicle parking spaces are included in the rental fee Apartment is finished in 2018. The apartment is very suitable for divers. Equipment can be dried and enclosed. It can be attracted to the property and walked to the lake with equipment.
