You have your own home entrance and a lot of privacy. Individual check-in possible. The property is completely fenced and the residential area raised and safe. Clean towels, sheets + blankets are allways there.

Bright apartment in a very good location

The in-law is directly with us in the detached house and has its own entrance. It's bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you are as happy as we are about a view of the garden, the sneaking around of the cat, the cackling of 3 chickens and the splashing in the pool, then you are in the right place with us. We as a family, with 3 older kids, are looking forward to friendly and interesting encounters and would like to make your stay in Heilbronn pleasant.

Living surrounded by vineyards Lauffen am Neckar is located between Stuttgart and Heilbronn. Heilbronn is about 14 km away and the state capital of Stuttgart is about 50 km away. Löwenstein is located in a beautiful wine region near Lake Breitenau. On foot, you can walk in approx. 10 minutes up the mountain to the village. Here you have the Landgasthof Hohly, a general store which is open 7 days a week, a cafe with bakery, the post office and two bank branches. The next major cities are Weinsberg and Heilbronn. There is a key safe, so you can arrive at any time.

A home, only for me

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
