The 2-room apartment is equipped with everything (washing machine, Wi-Fi...) needed for a cozy stay. It is located on a quiet side street in Alt-Neckarau. From the health food store, supermarket, bistros, restaurants, bank and post office... everything is within walking distance and with a bike (can be rented) you can reach the Rhine or lake in 10 minutes. The city or the train station can be reached by line 1 (2 min.) or line 7 (15 min.) travel time 14 minutes. Bus line/Neckarau train station (7-minute walk).

Apartment to feel good in the heart of the old town

Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Welcome to our cozy apartment! We have lovingly renovated it and made it a perfect place for a little break. We live here very quietly on the edge of a small village. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. Located next to Sinsheim station, this large, newly renovated apartment with a living area of 75 sqm is located in the district town of Sinsheim in the middle of the Kraichgau. Ideal for commuters/train travelers, but also for drivers, as the apartment has its own parking space. Through the large windows, daylight is always available and sunsets can be enjoyed comfortably from the couch.

The Waldheim is an Art Nouveau villa in the climatic health resort of Lindenfels overlooking the castle and the Weschnitztal and has a separate apartment for up to 6 people.
