Living in nature and with nature. Our apartment under the roof is more than 90 square meters, is bright, friendly & equipped to a high standard. We live on the lower floor. The view through the huge windows of the lake and the forest is particularly special. We are well equipped for families and look forward to children (ask us directly for the child discount). Compatible dogs are also welcome! Our hobbies are mountain biking and horseback riding - on request we can take you with us!

With great connections to Karlsruhe (train station in 3 minutes' walk), you will stay in the green Stutensee with a beautiful pond in front of the door. Your apartment is located in the basement / lower level of our bungalow. You have a private entrance to your apartment. Karlsruhe city center can be reached directly by train in 10 minutes and by tram in 30 minutes. You can reach the KIT Nord Campus in 10 minutes by one of our bicycles or in 20 minutes by public transport.
