An ambience that makes even cold and rainy days cozy. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the 40 sqm terrace is directed to the large outdoor area and invites you to relax outside in direct contact with nature. Ground floor apartment The description says it's a shared pool. It is used by ourselves from time to time. There is a possibility to reserve the pool every day for several hours. You have private access to the pool from the apartment! From early summer 2026 there will be an exclusive sauna, which can be booked optionally. Smoking is allowed outdoors only!! Pets are allowed but please clarify BEFORE booking and specify in the request.

Lovingly furnished to a high standard, the Alte Backhaus offers absolutely modern comfort within historic walls. You will be staying quietly in the middle of Weinheim's lively old town. The Mediterranean marketplace with many restaurants is only one minute away. You can reach Heidelberg or Mannheim in 20 minutes by car. Weinheim is located on the Burgensteig. We love dogs! We are happy to give tips for nearby places to walk your dog.
