A large living room and 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds measuring 1.80 x 2.00 meters Bathroom with bath/shower/toilet and another separate toilet. Parking behind the house and free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your breakfast , lunch or dinner, gourmet and fondue is not allowed due to odor nuisance for the following guests. Our house is 30 minutes from downtown Nijmegen, 40 minutes from downtown Eindhoven en Den Bosch.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden.
