Beautiful villa with good location.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located on a quiet residential street with only a 4-minute walk to the metro - which in just 12 minutes takes you to Copenhagen, 4-minute walk to shopping and Fields, 10-minute walk to scenic Amager Fælled. The villa has a nice garden with a pool and spa as well as a grill. If you want to experience Copenhagen and at the same time retreat to a quiet environment when the city has been explored, this is the right property. Cosy house with private garden.

Huset ligger i en haveforening i grønt område. Egen have. Køkken med alt hvad du skal bruge. Ikke WiFi og tv. Allergi-venligt hjem på 88 kvm. 2 stuer. Dobbeltseng i soveværelse, kun adgang fra den ene side. Sovesofa til 2 personer (110cm bred) i stuen. Der er tynde bambus rullegardiner i stuen, hvor sovesofaen er. Den ene del af huset er fra 1980, den andel del fra 2020. Ovn til brænde virker ikke. Badeværelset er gammelt men fungerer. Naboer bygger huse så der er noget larm i dagtimerne.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Nice and newly renovated basement of a villa with private entrance. Located close to a Flintholm Metro station. Bedroom with closet, dresser and a small table. New kitchen with stove, oven and fridge. Private bathroom and toilet with access to washer and dryer. The area includes bedroom, kitchen, shower and toilet. There is a livingroom/tv-room that can be shared with the host as agreed. Very central in a quiet neighborhood close to public transportation and a nice park.

Small, modern house in charming and quiet urban community (in Danish: helårs-haveforening) in walking distance to the metro that will take you to the city center in 9 minutes. Other important distances, 10 minutes’ walk to the lovely natural resort Amager Faelled; 15 minutes to the congress center Bella Center; and 25 minutes to Royal Arena.10 minutes by car to the very nice beach at Amager Strandpark that also offers kayaks; minigolf; cafés etc.

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. New wooden house with 7 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - huge dining kitchen and 2 livingrooms. Wonderfull outside terrasse dining and relaxing area - parking for 3 vehicles. High sealings and bright rooms with roof windows. Walking distance from Metro, which will take you all over Copenhagen in minuttes. And hot water is included in the price/rent - just clarifying this after numerous questions :-)
