The apartment has 3 floors distributed with kitchen, living room, toilet and entrance hall on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and bath on the 2nd floor and a fantastic rooftop terrace on the 3rd floor overlooking houseboats and green surroundings. It's easy to get around the city with Metro, water bus, and public transportation right at your fingertips. Indoor parking space can be purchased. You'll love the space and the space.

Modern apartment in a quiet area close to the city center

Our apartment is in a beautiful family-friendly area within walking distance to the city center. It is right on the Copenhagen Harbor, which is very clean and where the people of Copenhagen swim in the summer. There is no traffic here, as it is at the end of a road and there are no parties and noise, as in the old part of Islands Brygge. With the city's footbridges and bicycle bridges, you are close to the city and yet a little withdrawn. The apartment was built in 2018 and is bright and modern with everything you need.

In the heart of old Skanör is this unique farmhouse from 1922, which was gently completely renovated in 2022. The farmhouse is about 20 sqm, plus sleeping loft. It is 500 meters to Ica and 1 km to a mile-long fantastic white sandy beach with blue flag, which includes several restaurants and cold baths with sauna. Minimum length 3 nights. Towels and sheets are not normally included, but can be arranged in advance with some compensation. Cleaning will be added if desired, SEK 500. Check-in at 3 pm. Check-out at 11 am.

The evening on the terrace offers both the sound of the Town Hall bells, the fireworks in Tivoli and the sound of the boats in the water, which sail close to the terrace.
