Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Cozy townhouse with sea view

Bring the whole family to beautiful Ærø. Here is our cozy townhouse in the village of Bregninge. The house is newly renovated with a new kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove, dining room and an extra room with a daybed. There is access to a new wooden terrace of 25 sqm from the living room with sea view and direct access from the garden to the city's playground. 3 rooms on the 1st floor. All with a double bed. One room has its own toilet, another has an alcove where you can sleep smaller children. The third room also has a cot.

Former lighthouse assistant home. Unique location by the lighthouse out to the Great Belt. Bathing opportunities right at your fingertips. Sea kayaking and supboard can be borrowed at your own risk. The house contains kitchen dining kitchen, living room with sofa bed and 3 rooms sleeps 6 (2 single beds, 2 double beds). 140 cm and 160 cm) and bathroom with shower. Terrace with evening sun/sunset. 1500 m to grocery store. 2 km to the harbor. Cleaning is included. Bedding and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 250

Charming house with a great location.

Charming house in a great location. The house has 3 rooms and a loft as well as bathroom and kitchen. It is sorrounded by a very nice garden and has access to its own south facing terrace with garden furniture. Copenhagen and Elsinore can be reached in 20 minutes, and Rungsted harbor with many restaurants and a nice beach within minutes. Louisiana Art Museum, Kronborg Castle are nearby. The hosts live in an independent house in the same place and are available to give you a perfect vacation.

Modern and super nice summerhouse of a total of 98 sqm with 8 sleeping places divided into 3 bedrooms and loft. Perfect location just 12 km. from Slagelse, 250 meters to great child-friendly beach and walking distance (600 meters) to the beach center with restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and supermarket. The house offers all modern comforts for the perfect holiday, including large 55" smart TV, washer, dryer and Wifi. All controlled by the intelligent IHC electrical installation system.

Bohemian Cottage with Fireplace & Spa

Only an hour from Copenhagen, this soulful and spacipus cottage is the perfect getaway for your family, or small group. With the beach only 3 minute's walk from the house it's a kite surfers dream spot as well as ideal for any traveller looking for some tranquility and closeness with the ocean and the nature. Beautiful old fisherman's house.

Traditional old fisherman's house from 1794. Everything you need is here. The house is fully renovated and has all needed amenities including washer and dryer. Located only 2mins walk from a nice beach and the lovely yacht club with a great restaurant. The house has one double bed and a single bed, but one extra bed can be set up if needed, so a total of 4 people can stay. The car (VW Up) can also be rented. Slap af med din familie i vores dejlige sommerhus. Huset ligger i et naturskønt område med gåafstand til børnevenlig strand og skov. Det er et sommerhus på 80 kvm med 2 soveværelser - 1 med dobbeltseng og 1 med to enkeltsenge. Huset er for nylig blevet renoveret og byder nu på et nyere badeværelse og et moderniseret køkkenområde. Generelt er det et lyst og velindrettet hus, som kan tilbyde dig den perfekte atmosfære til et behageligt og afslappende ophold.

New cozy house close to beach in beautiful nature

Only ten minutes walk from the lovely child-friendly beach, 200 meters away from nearest restaurant, 1500 meter from grocery store, 5 kilometers from closets train station, lots of tourist sights in the area. It's a great house for cozy family times. The garden is very privat and you will have all the abilities to get either an active holiday with lots of sightseeing or just a relaxing holiday in the garden and at the beach.
