Beautiful newly renovated apartment in the middle of Amager with plenty of light. Close to Copenhagen city center and close to the subway. The apartment is in bright colors and has been completely renovated. There are 2 bedrooms with three-quarter beds and a desk with seating. The kitchen is bright and functional with an oven, stove and refrigerator - extremely well equipped. There is also a lovely living room with sofa arrangement and dining table, as well as TV. The bathroom and toilet are at the end of the entrance, which connects the entire apartment, which is located on the ground floor.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located on a quiet residential street with only a 4-minute walk to the metro - which in just 12 minutes takes you to Copenhagen, 4-minute walk to shopping and Fields, 10-minute walk to scenic Amager Fælled. The villa has a nice garden with a pool and spa as well as a grill. If you want to experience Copenhagen and at the same time retreat to a quiet environment when the city has been explored, this is the right property. Nice, small basement apartment (30 sqm) in a large house from 2018 in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walking distance to Amager beach and metro and 15 minutes by bike to Copenhagen city center. Enjoy a getaway for two adults, possibly plus an extra person. Mattress can be borrowed. The apartment is part of our house, but with its own entrance. We will therefore possibly be home to welcome you and ensure a pleasant stay. The apartment has everything you need; refrigerator, service, oven, microwave, etc. Access to laundry room by appointment.

Cozy 2-room apartment close to a metro station Lergravsparken (500 m.) and Amager Beach (600 m.) where you can take a morning/evening swim. The apartment has a balcony in extension to the bedroom, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or late night drink. From the apartment its easy to get into the city either by using the metro, or by grabbing a bike and ride through Christiana. It’s easy to get to/from the airport by taking the metro at Lergravsparken, which goes directly to the airport.

The Guesthouse is located close to everything, which makes it easy to plan your visit. It's close to the sea, harbour and beach. The bathing pier 'Sneglen' is well-known on Amager. A beautiful walk on the paths leads you to the possibility of renting various equipment for water sports or other facilities fx mini golf. Besides this you can find supermarked within only 3 minutes walk. The Guesthouse is close to Dragør, the Airport, Christiania and Copenhagen City (including Nyhavn).

There is a lovely garden for the spring and summertime with fruit trees and flowers and a wood stove inside for the wintertime. A lovely beach and harbor are a ten minute walk away. Also, you can be in the center of town with the local Metro train in just 15 minutes!

The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops. Restaurants, shops and the metro, which will take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes, is just a short walk away. You will be close to everything!

The metro is 500 meters away. The city centre is only 4 stops, and the airport 2 stops. It is a perfect House for when you want to explore the city and need a place to eat and sleep.
