The bright 90 sqm apartment in the south of Hamburg has a large living room with open kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms with one 160 x 200 cm bed each, bathroom (incl. hair dryer), guest toilet and a south/west terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, espresso and coffee maker, toaster, kettle. In the living room, there is a 42" TV and a small HiFi system. Hamburg and Lüneburg can be easily reached by car (approx. 25 minutes) or by public transport.

The 80qm holiday apartment is located in the south of Hamburg. It is quiet and in the countryside. It has close travel connections to the motorways, shopping areas and many extracurricular activity. The apartment under the roof of an one family house is modern and cosy furnished. It has a separate entrance and an own balcony. The apartment can host up to 4 Person. Children are welcome. The hosts are living downstairs. We speak german and english. It is a nice spot to relax and recover!

Sie liegt im Dachgeschoss eines schönes Gebäudes von 1900 und hat einen eigene Eingang, durch den Ihr ungestört kommen und gehen könnt wann Ihr möchtet. Die Wohnung hat eine großzügige Küche und einen großen Wohnraum mit TV inkl. Netfixzugang. Auch wer einiges zu erledigen hat findet einen Schreibtsch mit LAN / WLAN. Außerdem habt ihr einen eigenen kleinen Gartenbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen.

The property is a small two-room apartment on an old farm property in Tostedt near Hamburg with excellent access to local transport. Rural charm with many recreational opportunities in the fresh air comes together with the proximity to the city. The apartment is located in the middle of our farm yard in Tostedt close to Hamburg. You can easily get there via car or train. The area is charming because it is so close to the city but still very calm.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). Cozy, and lovingly furnished attic apartment, with private entrance, in a house built at the end of 2020, in Scandinavian style. The apartment has a great balcony, overlooking spacious pastures, which are inhabited by sheep from March to October. Our private home is also located on the property, so a contact person is usually always directly on site!
