On the second floor of the brick building, a 40 square meter bright living room and bedroom await you, plus a separate kitchen-living room and a small bathroom with shower tub. TV and Wi-Fi. Behind the house are parking spaces. Everything in the village is within walking distance and only about 15 kilometers away are heath attractions such as the Büsenbachtal/Lüneburg Heath Wildlife Park.

Das Haus wurde 1923 von einem Hamburger Senator als Sommervilla gebaut. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang, Parkettboden und einen großen Balkon. Von hier aus werden Sie die Nachmittags- und Abendsonne über der unverbauten Aussicht genießen können.

Ihr schaut hinunter in die Seeveauen, hört die Rehe im Wald, die Pferde auf der Weide oder die Schafe, die vor eurem Fenster grasen. Vielleicht bringt ihr euer Pferd mit und reitet in die Heide? Es gibt eine Outdoor-Kochgelegenheit und ein Trockenklo, im Hof, in der großen Tenne ein "echtes" Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer Extra-Toilette.

Located directly on Heidschnuckenweg in the village center, you will move into an apartment completely renovated in 2020. Matching furniture is reflected in a cozy and warmly designed color scheme. The apartment has a floor area of approx. 39 m², is at ground level and has a separate entrance. Large windows ensure a light-flooded room that, thanks to opaque and light-tight curtains, but also for late risers, has all the advantages.
