We’re perfectly located: a very short drive to downtown historic Charleston; a quick walk to Folly Beach County Park; and a five-minute walk to our great beaches! We’re also 2 blocks away from Folly’s Sunset Cay Marina and ship’s store To book our house, guests must be 25 years old or older; guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We cannot allow pets or smoking! Please respect quiet hours, too. .

Enjoy a gorgeous sunrise with coffee, or the evening breeze and glass of wine from your private, ground level patio. Perfect size for one or two couples or a romantic getaway. Your private, renovated flat occupies the top floor of our elevated home. We live in the floor below and use a separate entrance. We do not allow children under 14 and guests must be at least 24 years old.

Inside the home the kitchen has been renovated and is a great open layout to enjoy friends and family. Ditch the cars once you arrive though! Walk, bike, or rent a golf cart for the week! Enjoy the best sunsets from the pool or dock after a day at the beach! *Please no animals due to family allergies*

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

Located just across the street from the beach, King Tide is a short walk to public beach access and the Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve. Sleeps 10–11 guests comfortably.

Fragrance free detergent used for bedding & towels. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No animals of any kind allowed. We would love to adhere to Airbnb's guidelines for service or emotional support animals, unfortunately we cannot due to health issues of the owner.
