It is one block away from the Beach & Ocean Blvd. Our rental features: -Gas Golf cart. (Rental companies charge hundreds per day for cart rentals in summer) -Bedroom #1:Bunk bed. The bottom mattress is a queen & top is a twin. 39” Smart TV. -Bedroom #2:Queen bed. 39” Smart TV. -Detached Game room: Has a Queen size sleeper sofa & a full bathroom. Small refrigerator & basic kitchen. Also has a Foose ball table, Electronic dart board, TV with built in DVD player, Nintendo with built in 500 games. -Living room: Beach style furnishings with queen size sleeper sofa. 40” Smart TV -Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, utensils, pots pans, Keurig coffee maker & margarita blender -Linens and towels & washer & dryer -Big fenced in backyard with two picnic tables & gas grill, horseshoe pit, cornhole, fire pit & Tiki Toss -Covered & screened in oversized rear porch with tiki bar & farm style table!! -Beach chairs & umbrella - Free parking pass for Downtown/Boardwalk/Family Kingdom. (parking is $10-$20 in these areas)
