The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Dazu gehören sanitäre Anlagen u. eine Grillecke mit festinstalliertem Elektrogrill (bei jedem Wetter nutzbar) sowie eine Feuerstelle. BITTE BEACHTEN: Betten/Matratzen/Isomatten & Bettdecken sind NICHT vorhanden u. müssen mitgebracht werden.

Schlafmöglichkeiten: 1 Doppelbett, 1 Einzelbett und 1 Gästebett 🛌. Ideal für einen angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

The Eigenhof is located near Schwäbisch Gmünd, the oldest Staufer city. Many historical sights in Rems and Kochertal can be reached quickly. The absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park ensures relaxation. If you want to do sports, you can let off steam directly from the house in the forest and meadows. The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together.
