BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of Pforzheim city. IT DOESN'T GET ANY MORE CENTRAL: Everything you need is right outside the door. Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes' walk. The CongressCentrum and the theater are also just around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk away.

The historic building belongs to a former knight's estate, whose beginnings date back to the 17th century. The house has been extensively restored. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feed goats or hike together, cuddly hangovers and all kinds of more.

The apartment "Mitten im Herzen" is, as the name suggests, right in the heart of Schöllbronn. It is located in a partly historic building, which during the shelling by the French in the 2nd World War II, the surrounding neighbors were granted protection in its vaulted cellar. IMPORTANT NOTE: The price for a child under 2 years is 10.00 euros and has to be paid upon arrival.
