We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

Beautiful townhouse with garden on the wine route

This 1920 jewel is located on the edge of the vineyards and yet centrally located in the beautiful spa town of Bad Dürkheim. Shops, train station and the spa park with the saline are in walking distance. A short walk over the vineyards you can reach both the Palatinate Vineyard and the Palatinate Forest with many hiking and refreshment options, ideally located for hikers and mountain bikers . A wonderful place in all seasons.

Residence in historic villa

Nice generous and tastefully furnished Appartment in listed villa. The whole upper floor with separate entrance offers place for 2-8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional sleeping couch, one double bed and one additional single bed in the large living room. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.
