Stylish, comfy, modern apartment for 2-4 people in a wisteria- & vine-covered house on the edge of the village of Niederkirchen, 2km from the historic centre of Deidesheim. Completely renovated 2020. Spacious, quiet & cool in summer, the apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The large living room, with open-plan kitchen & dining area, includes a comfortable bed-sofa for children/adults with half-bath off lobby. We do not accept guests who smoke or pets, sorry.

Where bread was still handed over the counter 100 years ago, you can now stay in the bakery, which was completely renovated in 2023. Your apartment is very central, cozy and modern. Also very suitable for cyclists due to the bicycle cellar. The in-house café is on the same level and offers (closed on Sundays and public holidays) a diverse selection of regional craftsmanship. In the morning, let yourself be enchanted by the wonderful scent of fresh rolls from the bakery in the house.

In the idyllic three-sided courtyard you have a spacious double room (TV, Wi-Fi) with separate bathroom at your disposal. For single occupancy, the price is halved. Your room has a separate entrance. We are happy to offer you breakfast in the breakfast room. In warm weather, it's fun to meet for a glass of wine in the outdoor kitchen. You can enjoy your food in the pergola. From October, the outdoor kitchen will be sent to hibernation and will no longer be available.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.

The second room is a westernstyle saloon incl. kitchen/bar, fireplace and a sofabed. Private bathroom incl. shower is also part of the apartment. Breakfast with fresh buns, jam, cheese, joghurt and coffee/tea is included.
