Cozy city apartment Close to Lake Neuruppiner

Fully renovated apartment (75 m²) in a historic house (former barracks room from the 18th century) with several residential units directly on the city wall overlooking the Neuruppiner See. The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (one staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Apartment on a lively seminar farm in nature

The 40 sqm apartment consists of a room with sleeping places for two people, private kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a plot of 6000 sqm, directly on the lake. On our large property there is plenty of space to relax, with a small barrel sauna (min 15€ per heater donation for the wood), large trampoline, ping pong table, fire pit, Hollywood swing by the lake and of course space to eat and grill outside.

Apartment in an external location

The apartment is on our small, remote farm where we and our animals live. It fits 2-4 people, but possibly also for more, with a sofa bed, cot, mattresses and/or tents outside. The apartment has a south-facing window overlooking the garden, where animals sometimes graze. You can also relax and have a campfire there. The swimming area is 10 minutes away. Footpath. The "Spur der Steine" bike path passes by here and is nice for inline skating and cycling.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

The 82sqm apartment is located in a quiet side street and yet in the middle of the lively Akazienkiez. Countless playgrounds, nice restaurants, bars, fashion shops, galleries, organic shops, toy shops, bookstores and bakers can all be found directly in the neighborhood. Every Saturday there is a market on the Winterfeldtmarkt. Just around the corner you can rent a bicycle. The nearest metro station, S-Bahn and buses are all within 5 minutes' walk.

We, Juliane and Frank, rent a beautiful apartment with two rooms in the heart of Neuruppin. The apartment is located within the city walls in the city center of Fontanestadt Neuruppin. Pharmacies, supermarket, restaurants and many other small shops are all in the immediate vicinity. It is just under 800 meters walk to the lake. Neuruppin West train station is a 650-meter walk away. Public parking spaces are available.

Owner, Galina Green, offers the perfect environment for you to finish writing that essay, article or novel or to enjoy a birdwatching weekend or simply a place to just "be". The holiday rental is in one half of the house but has a separate entrance, own terrace and open fire place.

The apartment has a bedroom and a large living room with kitchen, of course a bathroom. Everything is practically and comfortably furnished. The small kitchenette has a stovetop with oven, fridge and everything you need for self-catering. A cozy sofa invites you to relax and you can have breakfast and barbecue on the large outdoor terrace.

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
