We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Located in the municipality of Stechlin in the quiet district of Menz in Brandenburg, on the southern edge of the Mecklenburg Lake District, with its incomparable landscape of vast forests and secluded lakes. The apartment is in the courtyard area and thus offers a quiet and safe atmosphere. The apartment is spread over 2 floors. One of the bedrooms is a walk-through room.

Like an island, our property (an extension) is located between two villages in a beautiful, quiet location. Many seating options on the large property invite you to linger and relax. You feel far away and yet very close to the edge of the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park with its many lakes, beautiful landscape and various recreational opportunities. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be from May to September.

In the middle of the quiet countryside between Lindow and Rheinsberg lies the listed former school estate in a small village. The simple but tastefully converted barn is a nice place to relax. The garden borders the field behind it. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. In the vicinity, interesting places can be explored. There are swimming lakes and tranquil places in nature. Cranes fly over the roof in autumn.

The apartment is about 45 sqm and with a double bed and a fold-out sofa bed perfect for couples and families. Nearby is the Berlin-Kopenhagen cycle path and thus cyclists can also stay well with us. The nearby lakes, Roofensee and Stechlinsee, are also famous nearby destinations. In autumn and winter, the oven provides cosy warmth and in the built-in baking compartment you can prepare delicious baked apples, pizzas or the like.

We bought it a few years ago and have put a lot of love and work into it ever since.
