Old Sea Urchin Stable

A charming place all in stone and wood, full of sunlinght, situated in the neighbourhood of the beautiful Church of Saint Rocco. You can admire the old arhitecture astoundingly compressed in small places, eat in some of the best restaurants of Piran two steps away or be at the seaside in one minute. There is also the possibility to catch the sun in front of the terrace door. The place is fully renovated in natural stone from slovenian Karst and wood from the region of Julian Alps.

Bright three-room pedestrian area

Very central and elegant pedestrian area, close to restaurants, wine bars, bars and shopping street, 200 m from the sea, 100 m from the historic center Grado Vecchia. Bright spacious cozy new furnishings and guaranteed cleanliness. Family-friendly. I speak German and English. From 1 March 2018, the tourist tax will be introduced in Grado in the amount of €0.80 per person per day (for a maximum of 2 weeks), children up to 18 years free.
