Bright and quiet studio with total area comparable to a spacious hotel room. Independent kitchen and suggestive sea view, Lighthouse and Miramare Castle from all environments.Located in the Historic Center in a residential area near the picturesque port and 2 beaches. The area is full of Bars (Eataly), Restaurants, Pizzerias along the seafront (RIVE). Supermarkets, Pharmacy, Bus and Ferry a few meters. It can be reached in 10 minutes on foot: Piazza Unità, Salone Degli Incanti, Museo Revoltella.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (2.5€ per adult person per day) is included in the price.

Comfy flat close to the sea

My flat is situated very close to the beach. It includes: a wide bedroom with a king siz bed, two terraces, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and living room with a kitchen.
