'Una casa speciale' is literally a special place. Room is big and is an open space with a double bed on the first floor and a mezzanine with two single bed. Kitchen, veranda and dining room are common spaces(mostly with me and sometimes with who rent the room next to the ground floor for children parties or dance classes..).You will probably be alone most of the times but if you don't enjoy meeting people this is not the place for you!we have 'La casa dei nonni' for that on airbnb!
“This is the best place to stay if you are going to Udine. The house is big and clean, they bikes and everything I needed. But what makes this the most special place is Roberta. She is amazing! So friendly and helpful! For sure I’m going to stay there again when I go to Udine! Thank you for everything!”
Ms. Emma will be pleased to welcome you in this beautiful Rustic of 1800 completely renovated, equipped with all comforts, accessible by car. On the ground floor, with a large kitchen-living area, double bedroom with four-poster bed plus a single bed, with the possibility of a double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. Outside there is a large terrace with barbecue, garden table, deck chairs and umbrella where you can relax. Reserved parking space.
“Like in a theater box, you sit enthroned above Padola in Emma's Rustico and look at the great mountain panorama! It is a beautiful place to relax with wonderful opportunities for cross-country skiing and skiing in the neighboring valley (unfortunately there was little snow in Padola itself at the time of our trip, but the conditions were perfect on the Kreuzberg Pass and in Sesto! Fifteen hours drive). We were there with our 1-year-old daughter and the apartment is also wonderfully suited for this - the single bed can be turned into a cot and padded. Emma picked us up at the main square in Padola and escorted us to the accommodation because otherwise the path is probably difficult to find. She and her husband Mauricio are very warm and helpful hosts who also run their well-equipped rustico ecologically with photovoltaics and geothermal energy. Big recommendation!”
The house is situated in a quiet area, a stone's throw from the historic center of Marano Lagunare, a characteristic fishing village. The terrace and the rooms overlook the lagoon canal and offer a unique view of its kind. On the roof a large solarium for guests.
“A wonderful place to stay in the north of Italy. Though the village is a bit off the track, it's loaction awards you with low (foreign) tourism but a high degree of small town charme and a number of great restaurants at reasonable prices. All this at walking distance. Plus, all the interresting placed between Trieste and Venezia are within reach by car. Luisa's place is a very stylish and generously big house located at an arm of the laguna, completely equipped with everything you probably might ask for. We had a comfortable and quiet time. Louisa lives nearby so check-in was in time and straight forward. She provided a lot of informational material to study for the whole region Friuli. We hat a very good time and highly recommend Luisa as a host and her tremendous house for your stay.”
