We offer you a studio in lovely Binz. The beautiful beach are in walking distance just like the main street with its cafes and boutiques. The cottage is located in a quiet area of Binz with many gardens and small houses. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a wish washer, fridge, stove, oven, coffemakers and everything else you need for self catering. The modern shower bath also has a washing machine and the entire studio has a floor heating Enjoy the sunshine on the porch or in the garden

Arrive and feel comfortable. Welcome to our beautiful holiday apartment in the outskirts of the village, which invites you to linger and relax. From here you can take long walks to the two well-maintained sandy beaches (within walking distance about 10 minutes). It is also very suitable as a starting point for a wide range of bike rides. The center of town is 5 minutes walk. You have a beautiful view of the garden, the historic village church and in the distance of the sea. See you soon!

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

If you stay in this apartment, all the major points of interest are close by. The apartment is 40m ². It has 1 sleeping area, 1 shower room and is therefore ideal for holidays alone, as a couple, in family or with a good friend. There is also a permanent parking space at your disposal as well as a cozy balcony. In front of the house you will find an equipped barbecue area . Within walking distance you can reach the beach, train station and shopping within 2-3 minutes.

Wenige Schritte ins Ortszentrum mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B.: REWE 7-21Uhr) und Waschsalon. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Freizeitaktivitäten (Baden, Wandern, Radtouren) Fahrräder können unter einem Dach an einem Fahrradbügel angeschlossen werden.

Modern and practically furnished 2-room apartment is centrally located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, not far from the beaches and the center with restaurants, as well as a supermarket, bakery and small shops. It is about 5 minutes' walk to the famous pier or to the north beach and about 10 minutes to the south beach. The apartment is located in a very quiet and central location on Luftbadstraße.
