From here you can take long walks to the two well-maintained sandy beaches (within walking distance about 10 minutes). It is also very suitable as a starting point for a wide range of bike rides. The center of town is 5 minutes walk. You have a beautiful view of the garden, the historic village church and in the distance of the sea. See you soon!

Fully equipped 1-room apartment (34 sqm) in Villa Glückspilz for 2 people directly on the Binzer beach promenade in the immediate vicinity of the pier and shopping street. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernised by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.

The apartment is located in Villa Heimkehr, a villa from 1900, built in the style of the spa architecture. A bakery, the supermarket (Rewe) and the beach can be reached in a few steps. There is a washing machine, which belongs to the apartment, which is located in the new building next door. WiFi is available in the entire apartment.
