Haus am Wald on Usedom - between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. Achterhain is located on the edge of the forest in Ückeritz. 900 metres to the Baltic Sea, with the tranquil Achterwasser in sight. The forest of pines, beeches and oaks begins right in front of the house. A large panoramic window opens up a view of the forest, while on the other side, picture windows lead over fields to the water. Exposed screed, oak parquet, selected fabrics and pictures, clear and calm. The terrace is sheltered at the edge of the forest, perfect for long evenings outdoors.

Villa Luna offers a total of 6 sleeping options on 100 m² of living space. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower and a large corner bathtub, toilet and bidet. A guest toilet is on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, convection oven, ceramic stovetop, microwave, kettle, etc. In the basement there is a pantry and a laundry room with a washing machine (free of charge). The entire house is equipped to a high standard and has two satellite TVs. The upper floor offers sea views.

In the bathroom there is a bathtub and floor-level shower.

With two bathrooms, three bedrooms and plenty of space to sit together and relax, the house is perfect for a stay with family or friends. The garden and terrace are south facing and in a quiet location. Garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue, beach chair and bicycles are provided. A tourist tax will be charged on site according to the local fee regulations!

You live all alone with your loved ones in the spacious house on the large property directly on the Peene river. The house is high quality and modern furnishings. The rooms are cozy and individual. For variety, there is a giant trampoline, go-karts, table tennis, soccer kicker, dartboard or kayaks to explore the area from the water.

Of which, dogs are also allowed in 1 apartment.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.
