Modern micro apartment in the attic in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz on the island of Rügen - only 200 m from the fine sandy sandy beach. The well-kept apartment building was newly built in the nineties. Doctor, dentist, baker, hairdresser, pharmacy, laundromat and supermarket are nearby. The historic town centre is just a 10-minute walk away. The train station and the bus stop for destinations on Rügen are only about 250 m away.

Hey, Willkommen im Dünenstern*-Cottage! Nur 100 Meter trennen dich vom feinsandigen Badestrand der Ostsee. Hinter dir liegt das Dünenwäldchen, ideal für schöne Radtouren und Spaziergänge. Im schicken Cottage mit Sauna und Whirlpool bist du zu Gast und genießt hohen Komfort. Die Lage ist grandios – nur wenige Schritte und du spürst den herrlichen weißen Sandstrand unter deinen Füßen. Im Winter ziehe ich allerdings auch Schuhe vor.

BlueNote is 40 m from the sea. You can walk to the bench at any time with a coffee or a wine in your hand, which is directly on the small steep bank and lets your gaze widen: the Bodden looks different every day...and always beautiful. Loissin, with its unknown and very natural coast, is an insider tip, a hidden place. The house with garden is not visible and has a piano, fireplace and Wi-Fi. Change always on Fridays.

100m from the beach (in the house sea view) the apartment is ideal for a beach holiday. With the apartment key, you will also receive the key for a beach chair on the beach during the season (weather permitting 1.6.-30.09.). We hope you can spend many beautiful hours in it! But you can also relax in the sauna or in the in-house pool or make yourself comfortable with a book or game in the apartment.

In our rustic, natural and idyllic garden, there are 2 small bungalow apartments "Sanddorn" and "sunflower", where you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in a small fishing village on the water. The small apartments can accommodate 2 persons persons and are located on our invisible courtyard. A Finnish wood-burning stove sauna (25€) can also be booked additionally.
