Our blue vacation apartment, featuring a combined kitchen-living room, bedroom, and modern bathroom, invites you to unwind and make yourself comfortable. The apartment offers a comfortable box-spring bed for 2 people and a high-quality sofa bed for 2 more people. As soon as the weather allows it, there will be seating available in front of the apartment. If you want to work, a fiber-optic internet connection provides good conditions. Right next door, in the green vacation apartment, there is also space for 2–4 people.

Remise with vision

The holiday apartment is in a 120-year-old brick coach house. It has an unobstructed view to the south towards the Havelland. On the ground floor, there is an eat-in kitchen with a sofa bed, a terrace and a private garden. On the first floor, there is the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views, and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 sqm. Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 sqm) can be rented in addition. Three more people can stay there.

Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Cozy city apartment Close to Lake Neuruppiner

Fully renovated apartment (75 m²) in a historic house (former barracks room from the 18th century) with several residential units directly on the city wall overlooking the Neuruppiner See. The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (one staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

Landidyll – Farmhouse Ländchen Bellin

The former farmhouse was built in the middle of the 19th century. It is a single-story half-timbered house with a gable roof and is located directly on the idyllic village green with views of the Baroque village church. The 136 square meter living area has two bedrooms, a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The fireplace room has a sofa bed. The house has an approx. 800 sqm garden that invites you to relax.

Enjoy peace and quiet, panoramic views, a large hot tub, a campfire in the garden under the starry sky and family-friendly amenities. South-facing terrace, organic snack garden, pets allowed – only 1-1.5 hours from Berlin, with pick-up from the train station!
