We’re also 2 blocks away from Folly’s Sunset Cay Marina and ship’s store To book our house, guests must be 25 years old or older; guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Cedar House Rules

Our tiny home tries really hard to be as wonderful as the cedar tree it sits next to. It even dressed itself in fancy cedar siding and lathered itself with tung oil. And although its efforts may have failed (it's hard to top mother nature), a definite theme has been born. Runner-up names included 'Hail, Cedar!' and '20,000 Leagues Beneath the Cedar.'
