Die Wohnung ist durch IPR-Technologie absolut frei von Elektrosmog. Außerdem gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Aufzug, Wannenbad und Westbalkon. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von U- und S-Bahn entfernt.

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Die U-Bahn bringt Sie z.B. ganz entspannt, ohne umzusteigen innerhalb von 15min ins Zentrum (Mitte, Friedrichstrasse). Sie können wirklich Ihr Auto kostenlos stehen lassen, denn Bus und Bahn sind in weniger als 400 Meter erreichbar und bringen sie sicher überall hin.

Die Unterkunft ist nach eigenen Ideen künstlerisch gestaltet. Sie befindet sich in unserem Einfamilienhaus im 1. Stock. Sie hat einen eigenen Eingang über eine außenliegende Wendeltreppe. Die Umgebung ist sehr grünb und ruhig. In fußläufiger Umgebung befinden sich viele Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafes. Der U Bahnhof Kurt Schumacher Platz ist 400 Meter entfernt. Mit der U 6 ist man in 20 Minuten in der Stadtmitte.

Designed by the Berlin architects Grüntuch-Ernst, the apartment building was newly opened in 2023 and offers 8 flats of different sizes ranging from 32 to 246 square metres.
