The place is artistically designed according to our own ideas. It is located in our single-family house on the 1st floor. It has its own entrance via an external spiral staircase. The surrounding area is very green and quiet. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The U-Bahn station Kurt Schumacher Platz is 400 meters away. By U 6, you are in the city center in 20 minutes.

Beautiful 1 room apartment on the 1st floor with kitchen and bathroom. Bright and cozy overlooking the courtyard garden and street. Central at the Schäfersee, 2 min walk to the U8 Bahn Franz-Neumann-Platz. 10 min to Alexanderplatz and Mitte and 15 min to Kreuzberg by train. Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good as Easyjet now also lands in Tegel and takes off :-)

Newly renovated apartment at Charlottenburg Castle

We offer a very nice, newly renovated flat close to the garden of the Charlottenburg castle. You stay in a separate 50qm-part of our large apartment with your own entrance, living-kitchen, bath, living-floor and 1 sleep-living room in an old 1906 building. Children are welcome . Charlottenburg-castle is very close with it's wonderfull garden. A perfect place for couples (with one child).

A warm welcome awaits you in our home! We are a hospitable German-Egyptian family and since we started to rent our guest room in summer 2017, we met a lot of nice guests. Our flat is in 6 min. walking distance to the next tube station; distance by public transport to city east Friedrichstr. 20 min., to city west Kurfuerstendamm 25 min. We speak English, French, German and Arabic.
