Near Schiller Park, 7 min to U6/Tram13 Seetrasse, 2 min to Bus 120. Plenty of supermarkets around such as Edeka, Denns Biomarket, Asian Market Vinh-Loi, DM, and Turkish shops and great restaurants . Welcome to my beloved home. A great two room small apartment within the central Berlin. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. I live here myself so it is very important to me to treat my home with respect. In the house we have a concierge service. You can pick up the keys at the entrance and return them there. The concierge service is Monday - Friday from 8 am - 12 pm and Saturday 8 am - 4 pm. I wish you a great stay at my home :)

Centrally located at the Schäfersee, a 2-minute walk to the U8 subway Franz-Neumann-Platz. It is 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz and Mitte and 15 minutes to Kreuzberg by train. Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good, since easyJet now also lands and takes off in Tegel :-)

The place is artistically designed according to our own ideas. It is located in our single-family house on the 1st floor. It has its own entrance via an external spiral staircase. The surrounding area is very green and quiet. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The U-Bahn station Kurt Schumacher Platz is 400 meters away. By U 6, you are in the city center in 20 minutes.

Cozy ground floor studio apartment in Moabit

You'll be renting a formally commercial space turned into a cozy studio. It's located in the heart of Moabit. The neighborhood is full of shops, restaurants, and bars. The U-Bahn (Subway) is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a bus going to the central station. The apartment is located on the street level of a side street. So, please mind that it could get a bit noisy.
