One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, in a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. It enjoys a strategic position where Falcade is 15 minutes away and Moena and the splendid Val di Fassa are 20 minutes away. In summer, a myriad of trails await you to admire the unique panorama of the Dolomites. A studio completely renovated in 2023, equipped with a splendid view of the most beautiful mountains in the world.

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

On the top floor of a prominent 1950s building, with a magnificent view of the Ampezzo Dolomites and the Olympic ski slopes, we offer a design studio enriched with historic furnishings showcased at the 11th Milan Triennale in 1951. The bathroom and kitchenette are fully equipped.
