Apartment located in the Rododendro Residence, in the locality of Passo San Pellegrino, in the municipality of Moena (Tn), a pass that connects Falcade (Bl) to Moena. It is 1,918m above sea level, in a site with excellent snow cover, with downhill ski facilities 150 meters away and within walking distance, and the cross-country ski track just across the road. Great starting point for wonderful excursions. It is often used by my family as well, so we want it to be welcoming.

Located in a village a couple of kilometers from Falcade, my apartment is in Valt, a small village made up of old houses and old barns and surrounded by the peace of the woods. The recently renovated apartment is on the ground floor and in front of the windows only meadows, woods and mountains. The ANNA apartment is a cozy studio flat that can accommodate up to 4 people. Larger groups can rent the adjacent MARCO two-room apartment which sleeps 4.

It is in a quiet area but a few meters from shops, restaurants, parks, walks and sports center. Parking in front of the apartment is free and private for guests. It is 28 square meters. 2 km from Canazei, 45 km from Bolzano, 100 km from Trento and about 40 km from Cavalese di Fiemme.
