We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

The solidly built, well-insulated garden house with covered terrace is located in the back of the beautiful garden. It is equipped with electric heating and fireplace (steel with window), furniture, linen and accessories. Location: in the green north of Düsseldorf in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to the trade fair, LantscherPark, Merkur Spielarena and the Rhine. Conveniently located close to the airport, this can lead to higher flight noise pollution until 11 pm.

My place is close to the Bevertalsperre, but still close to the city. In the small rustic but cozy apartment, everyone can feel comfortable. Families get their money's worth, as there is plenty of space outside and plenty of play equipment available. Business people can relax well in the great surroundings after a strenuous working day and enjoy the view.... My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).

The "Tinypofe" is an approx. 7 sqm tiny house, which is located on an old farm, surrounded by wheat and corn fields. It is lovingly and cozily furnished in the "Ruhr Valley vintage look." You will have access to a separate kitchen with free Wi-Fi, coffee/tea and a separate shower room. Dogs and cats live on the premises, so you may meet and also hear each other. Please take this into consideration when booking.
