The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Zum Hbf sind es nur 1,8 km, das Klinikum & die Messe Essen sind fußläufig (ca. 15 Min) zu erreichen & viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants & Cafés liegen direkt bei der Unterkunft. Ein heller Flur und ein stilvolles Badezimmer mit Regendusche/Sitz. Dazu: neues Parkett/Fliesen, WLAN, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Espressomaschine u.m. Fussweg zu Cafés, Restaurants, Baldeneysee 2 min.

Fancy 70's studio near fair & university hospital

Back to the roots - life like in the 70s! This stylish studio in the center of Essen leaves nothing to be desired. Centrally located in the district of Holsterhausen, you can walk to both the main station, the trendy district of Rüttenscheid or the Essen exhibition center. The 45 m² apartment has a large, light-flooded living room with sofa-bed and separate sleeping area with a queen-size bed. In addition to the large kitchen and daylight bathroom, the absolute highlight is the small loggia.

Top location - Top amenities

It is a beautiful apartment in the middle of the girls' quarter (Seitenstrasse). Restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. It doesn't get any more central than this. Local transport, highway and city center are also within easy reach. Free parking is available in front of the door. The apartment is perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. I live here most of the time myself and love my home. All things are of very high quality and should be treated well.

Small attic apartment

Small attic apartment, great for staying overnight. Simple basic equipment is available. Fresh towels, soap, and fresh bed linens are provided. No dishwasher No washing machine No Wi-Fi. The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. Laundromat, DM, Rewe, Edeka, hairdresser, post office/DHL are 2 km away.

Cozy whole apartment with view of the countryside

Spacious, quiet, safe and very bright accommodation, above the rooftops of the city, as well as great views of the garden towards the forest. Everything you need for a cozy stay can be found here and the unobstructed view of the garden can be enjoyed from the sofa. The city, the CentrO. and the nearby huge Ruhrpark invite you to take a walk. Above all, the apartment is absolutely quiet, private and secluded. Note, we don't have an elevator.

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with its own bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80x200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160x200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 sqm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

Cozy attic apartment

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally-located place in the heart of Essen. A variety of gastronomic offers are within walking distance. A supermarket with a large assortment is also close by. The apartment is centrally located between the main train station and Messe Essen. The transport connection (public transport, highway, e-scooter) is excellent and yet you are in a quiet residential area.

The ground floor apartment has two large rooms, and the nearest supermarket is only 250 meters away. Downtown can be reached in only 15 minutes, and the nearest public transport connection is only 7 minutes away. We also offer high-speed internet with a speed of 500 Mbit/s. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a listed building (KRUPP-Altenhof), rebuilt in 1998 renovated in 2017 and contineously maintained.
